Sauer Real Estate has 2 investment strategies in order to diversify it's risk:

New developments: All new developments are in the up-scale residential market. This segment is very profitable and boost the firm's growth.

Cash-flow driven investments: Acquiring rental producing residential properties in order to hold them or privatise them is a solid business. This segment allows the company to generate constant and stable cash flows.

Combined, those two strategies form the company' business plan.

Regions: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England, Spain, Italy
Type: Residential, Hotels, Student Housing, Office, Shopping Centers
Size/Transaction: EUR 20 M - EUR 100 M 
Duration: Typically 5 - 7 year holding period
